Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a brief reason for the return.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Complete the Return Form
To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Return Form and include it in your return shipment.

Step 2: Repack the Merchandise
Ensure the product(s) and completed Return Form are securely packed in the original or similar packaging.

Step 3: Ship the Items
Send the package via a traceable courier or registered post (at your own expense) to our returns department:
