Returns & Exchanges

At Zaro.pk, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges on all eligible items.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A copy of the invoice and a brief note stating the reason for return must be included.

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Complete the Return Form

To begin your return or exchange request, please download and fill out the official Return Form.

Include the completed form inside your return package.


Step 2: Repack the Product

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Ensure the Return Form and invoice copy are included.


Step 3: Ship the Package

Send your return package using any traceable courier service or registered post (shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility) to the address below:

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after successful verification.
