We only accept returns in the following cases:

Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Refund Processing Time

After the returned parcel reaches our warehouse and is inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or wrong product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
