Refund and Returns Policy for Zaro.pk
At Zaro, we want you and your little ones to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You have [7] days (standard is usually 7-14 days) to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Toys that have been assembled or modified.
Items with missing parts that were not reported upon delivery.
Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a toy that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. We may ask for photos or a short video of the defect for verification.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/Easypaisa for COD orders).
Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake by Zaro.pk (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a "change of mind," the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
