At Zaro.pk, we aim to deliver quality products every time. Refunds and returns are only accepted under the conditions listed below.


Eligibility for Return & Refund

We only accept returns in the following cases:

✅ Eligible:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective or not working

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind

  • Like/dislike

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture

  • Damage caused after delivery

Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.


Refund Processing Time

  • After the returned parcel reaches our warehouse and is inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or wrong product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
